Terms of service
These policies apply to purchases and use of the Crion online store. Nothing in these policies limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of the State of Kuwait. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will prevail.
2.1 About our store
Crion offers ready-made 3D-printed products, custom 3D-printing services, filament, and related products and services. Product availability, specifications, colours, prices, and estimated completion or delivery times may change.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Guest checkout may be available. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity carried out through your account.
2.3 Product information and 3D-printed characteristics
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, materials, and production methods may cause minor differences in colour or appearance.
3D-printed products may show normal layer lines, seams, small support marks, or slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not defects unless they materially affect the agreed appearance, fit, or function of the product.
Measurements and compatibility information must be checked before ordering. If you are uncertain, contact us before purchase.
2.4 Prices, charges, and taxes
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). The final amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and any other disclosed fees, will be shown before payment. We do not charge an additional fee solely because you choose a particular payment method unless that fee is permitted by law and clearly disclosed before payment.
Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer the lawful options available, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
2.5 Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and successfully receive or confirm payment, subject to stock, custom-project approval, fraud checks, and any other stated conditions.
We may refuse or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including unavailable stock, inability to complete a custom request, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, prohibited content, or incorrect customer information. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount due.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Please review the order confirmation promptly and contact us if any information is incorrect.
2.6 Payments
Payments are processed through KlickPay, our third-party payment processor. Depending on availability at checkout, accepted methods may include KNET, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.
Payment information is handled by KlickPay and the relevant payment networks or financial institutions. Crion does not receive or store your complete card number or security code. Payment approval, verification, reversals, and processing times may also be subject to the rules of KlickPay, your bank, and the applicable payment network.
2.7 Electronic communications and invoices
By ordering or contacting us electronically, you agree to receive transaction-related communications electronically, including order confirmations, invoices, production updates, delivery updates, and support messages.
We will provide an electronic order confirmation or invoice containing the required order information. Arabic transaction documentation will be made available where required by Kuwait law.
2.8 Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing material, use false information, or use our products or services for an unlawful purpose.
2.9 Intellectual property
The website, Crion branding, original photographs, text, graphics, product designs, and other Crion-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal shopping and lawful interaction with us. No ownership rights are transferred to you except ownership of the physical product purchased and any rights expressly agreed in writing.
For customer-supplied files and custom projects, the additional terms in the Custom 3D Printing Policy apply.
2.10 Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, KlickPay, delivery providers, Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Crion is responsible for its own legal obligations but does not control the independent operation of third-party platforms.
2.11 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwait law, Crion is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, defect remedies, or any other obligation where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Kuwait law.
2.12 Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to support@crionkw.com or WhatsApp +965 6994 2109, including your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may request photographs or other information needed to investigate. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within a reasonable period and retain complaint records for at least six months or longer where required.
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter. You may also contact the competent Kuwait authorities or exercise any legal right available to you.
2.13 Governing law
These terms and purchases from Crion are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait, without limiting any mandatory consumer right.
2.14 Changes and severability
We may update these terms for legal, operational, or service-related reasons. The version applicable to an order is generally the version presented when the order was placed, unless a mandatory legal change applies. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Custom 3D Printing Policy
6.1 Quotes and approval
Custom projects may require files, measurements, material and colour choices, intended-use information, and design approval. A quote is based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope, dimensions, material, quantity, finishing, deadline, or design changes.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the final specification, dimensions, spelling, colours, quantities, and design proof before approval. A digital preview may not perfectly reproduce the colour, texture, or surface finish of a physical 3D print.
6.2 Production start and changes
Production begins after the quote or design is approved, payment is confirmed, and printing or project-specific material preparation begins. Requested changes after production starts may be refused or may require a revised price and timeline.
6.3 Customer files and intellectual-property rights
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in files and content you supply. You grant Crion a limited permission to store, review, modify as technically necessary, and manufacture from those files solely to quote, produce, deliver, support, or legally document the project.
You confirm that you own the supplied content or have permission to use and reproduce it. You must not ask us to manufacture content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You are responsible for claims arising from content you did not have the right to supply, except to the extent caused by Crion’s own unlawful conduct.
6.4 Prohibited projects
We may refuse content or projects that are unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, intended as a prohibited weapon or weapon component, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or responsible operation.
6.5 Functional use and tolerances
Unless expressly agreed in writing, custom prints are not certified for medical, food-contact, child-safety, load-bearing, electrical-safety, high-temperature, automotive, aerospace, or other safety-critical uses. The customer must disclose the intended use before approval.
Reasonable dimensional tolerances and normal 3D-print characteristics apply. If a precise fit or performance requirement is essential, it must be agreed in writing before production and may require testing or a prototype.
6.6 Custom returns and defects
Custom items cannot be returned because of a change of mind after production starts. If the delivered item has a manufacturing defect or materially fails to match the approved written specification, contact us so we can assess and provide the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund remedy.
Warranty and Product-Care Policy
7.1 No additional commercial warranty on 3D-printed parts
Unless a specific product page or written agreement expressly states otherwise, Crion does not provide an additional time-based commercial warranty for 3D-printed parts. This does not exclude or reduce your mandatory rights concerning defects, conformity, misdescription, or other protections under Kuwait law.
7.2 Care and misuse
Product life depends on the material, design, environment, and use. Follow any care or use instructions supplied with the product. Damage caused after delivery by misuse, impact, excessive load, unsuitable installation, chemicals, moisture, heat, direct sun, unauthorized modification, or use outside the agreed purpose is not a manufacturing defect.
7.3 Third-party goods
For filament or other third-party branded products, any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms in addition to the customer’s mandatory rights against Crion as the seller.
